When will my order arrive?
Most orders will arrive within 7 to 10 business days after your order has been processed.
Please allow 2 to 3 business days to process your order. This allows enough time to process your credit card payment through your financial institution.
Who will deliver my package?
All promotional discounted orders, and P.O. Box addresses will be delivered by the USPS, First Class
All orders that are recuirring shipments will be shipped via reliable shipping method available, UPS. All orders that are recuring shippment to P.O. Box addresses will be delivered via USPS. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not accept requests for a specific shipping method.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipped confirmation e-mail, which will include your UPS Tracking Number. To track your order, simply logon to www.ups.com. If you still cannot track you order please call customer service. All orders delivered via the USPS will not receive a tracking number.
If your order does not arrive within 15 days, we may be experiencing backorder or a problem with the mailing address.
What if my product was damaged?
Please call customer service at 1-888-587-5558 and return damaged product. We will ship a replacement order out to you as soon as possible. Orders will be delivered via the most efficient shipping method available which will be UPS. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to process requests for a specific ship method.
What if my order was never received, even if it was reported as delivered?
If for any reason you never received your order even though it showed Delivery Confirmed by the UPS tracking number. Please contact our customer service support immediately as we will be more than happy to assist you with the problem.
Where is my replacement or refund?
Requests for replacements or refunds will be processed promptly upon receipt of your returned package. Allow 7 - 14 days (not including delivery time for mail refunds) from when we accept your returned Product for the processing of your credit. Please keep in mind the customer's bank has to post our credit in the billing cycle in which it was received; hence the number of days it takes for the credit to post to the customer's account can slightly vary depending on how quickly the customer's bank posts our refund.
Note: If you should receive the original order in the meantime, please let us know, and kindly return the extra shipment to our warehouse. We thank you for your cooperation and patience.
How is the shipping cost calculated?
Shipping rates for many items are weight-based. In accordance with the policies of the shipping companies used, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound.
Do you accept international orders?
At this time, we are unable to ship products outside of the continental United States. We hope to add this capability in the future. Please visit our Web site for updated information.
