Since you did sign up to our VIP auto-ship and you wish to cancel just log in on our website to the MEMBERS section and cancel before we ship the next product out to you. How Do I Return My VitalizeX ?
If you wish to return your VitalizeX order, please follow these instructions:
- Call our Customer Service Team at 1-888-587-5558 within 30 calendar days of the original order date. Be sure you place your name and address on the return package so that we can acknowledge client returns.
- Within 30 calendar days of your purchase date, mail your unopened VitalizeX to:

- NOTE: Members are responsible for return postage on VitalizeX orders (we recommend that you obtain a postal tracking number for your return). Refused deliveries or packages marked "Return to Sender" WILL NOT be refunded or returned to the Member.
If your address is not on the unopened return package, the refund WILL NOT be processed. Our warehouse personnel are unable to track packages with out a return address.
- Once we receive your return, we will issue you a refund for the cost of your order. A confirmation notice will be sent to the email address you provided when you signed up.
How Do I Return My VitalizeX VIP Program Order?
If you wish to return your VitalizeX VIP please follow these instructions:

Clearly write your return address on the outside of the package
NOTE: Members are responsible for return postage on VitalizeX autoship Program orders (we recommend that you obtain a postal tracking number for your return). Refused deliveries or packages marked "Return to Sender" WILL NOT be refunded or returned to the Member.
If your address in not on the return package, the refund WILL NOT be processed. Our warehouse personnel are unable to track packages without a RMA number.

Policy Restrictions
- Members assume the responsibility for postage costs on return orders.
- Refused deliveries or packages marked "Return to Sender" WILL NOT be refunded or returned to the Member.
- The S&H costs of the VitalizeX orders WILL NOT be refunded of $14.50.
- Due to security concerns, credits will only be issued to the credit card that was used on sign up.
- We reserve the right to refuse any return should our Return Policy not be followed or if we receive damaged products.
How Long Will It Take To Process Returns?
After the warehouse receives your return, it generally takes 7-10 business days to process your refund.
Please keep in mind that your bank typically posts credit in the billing cycle in which it was received. Therefore, the number of days it takes for credit to post to your account may vary, depending on your bank’s billing and credit schedule.
What do I do if I receive a damaged product?
Product(s) damaged during shipping will be replaced at no charge within 7 days of receipt. Save the package and all contents, and contact our Customer Service Team at 1-888-587-5558. We will send you out a new package with a self addressed returned box for the damaged product. Damaged products returned must be unused in order to receive a replacement at no cost.
What if shipping and delivery errors occurred with my order?
